Accepted Student Checklist
Health & Immunization Forms - The updated forms for the 2017-2018 academic year are currently being updated. As soon as they are available, they will be emailed to all Accepted Students. Please check back at a later time and the forms will be available.
Important Dates
- April 30: Last day to withdraw and receive a refund of your acceptance deposit.
- July 1: Final and official transcripts (from any institution where a degree was conferred) are due to the admissions office. You may mail or have the institution email the final, official transcript to:
