Pediatric Bone and Joint Conditions

Dr. Sabharwal is a Board certified, fellowship trained Paediatric-orthopaedic surgeon specializing in spinal and limb deformities.Following an orthopaedic residency in Vancouver, Canada at the University of British Columbia, Dr. Sabharwal did an 18-month fellowship in Pediatric Orthopaedics and Scoliosis at Los Angeles Children's Hospital (University of Southern California) and Shriner's Hospital for Crippled Children (UCLA). Subsequently, he trained at the Maryland Center for Limb Lengthening and Reconstruction, world-renowned for the correction of short and crooked limbs. Dr. Sabharwal treats children and young adults with a wide spectrum of musculoskeletal problems, including limb and spinal deformities, limb length discrepancy as well as injuries to bones and soft tissues. He is also interested in the orthopaedic management of children with various neuromuscular disorders including Muscular Dystrophy and Spinal Muscular Atrophy.
