Biography

Overview

Aaron F. Hajart joined the Office of Clinical Affairs in 2015 as Assistant Dean of Clinical Strategy and Development. Mr. Hajart is primarily focused on the strategic planning and operational alignment of the NJMS Faculty Practice. He previously spent seven years as the Sr. Director of Administration for the Rutgers Neurological Institute where he oversaw the day-to-day operational and financial responsibilities for the practices as well as participating in the long-range planning and hospital administrative issues.

Mr. Hajart is a seasoned administrator, having spent the previous five years in private practice and academic practice administration with two orthopedic and sports medicine practices. Prior to joining NJMS, Mr. Hajart spent over a year as the Divisional Administrator for Sports Medicine at SUNY Downstate Medical Center in Brooklyn, New York. He is a Board Certified Athletic Trainer and a Fellow of the American College of Neuroscience Administrators.
