Biology of Vascular Disease  – CBNP 5032Q 

An advanced doctoral level course that will discuss fundamental issues and molecular signaling alterations underlying vascular disease and recent progress in understanding these diseases. Reading material will be taken from the scientific literature. Topics will include molecular signals regulating vascular function, leukocyte-endothelium interactions in inflammatory processes, oxidative mechanisms in vascular disease and the molecular biology of atherosclerosis and wound healing.
