Stem Cell Education Society - Mentorship

Mentoring Services

Stem Cell Educational Society (SCES) at Rutgers New Jersey Medical School offers a wide variety of mentoring services to accommodate your needs and preferences. Our mentors are highly qualified graduate students with strong backgrounds in stem cell biology. As our mission is to bring the science and application of stem cells to the public, we aim to tailor the mentoring experience to each of our mentees for optimal learning. Mentoring formats include, but are not limited to: one-on-one, a group with single mentor, or a group with multiple mentors. Educational services cover a range of topics:

  • Stem cell biology, research, and applied technologies
  • Bone marrow registry
  • STEM research
  • Relevant literature
  • Current clinical trials and perspectives
  • And more!

In addition, the SCES offers additional resources, such as seminar-style or informal presentations, lab tours, and STEM career guidance.
