FAQ's

• What is the application deadline?

  • To ensure full consideration of your application, please submit to ERAS by October 15.  The NRMP has its own deadlines as well.

• How many residents do you take each year?

  • We accept 4 residents a year.

• Do you accept the Universal Application?

  • We require that you use ERAS.  They may be contacted at www.aamc.org/audienceeras.htm

• Do you take residents “outside the match”?

  • We participate in the NRMP match and will accept applicants only through the match.  You may contact the NRMP at www.nrmp.org or at 866-617-5838.

• Do you offer PGY-1 positions?

  • We are a 4 year program including a PGY-1 year of internal medicine.  You do not need to apply to the internal medicine preliminary program seperately

• Do you accept foreign medical graduates?

  • Yes, we do.  Graduates of foreign schools (other than students in their 4^th year at schools such as St. George’s and Ross) must have a valid ECFMG certificate at the time of application.
