The Division of Adolescent and Young Adult Medicine (D.A.Y.A.M.)
has conducted an active program of clinical service, teaching and research at
Rutgers New Jersey Medical School since 1976.
D.A.Y.A.M. is fully integrated into the clinical
and teaching programs of the Department of Pediatrics of Rutgers New Jersey Medical
School. Along with pediatric subspecialties D.A.Y.A.M. has
access to collaborative and consultative relationships with a wide range of
clinical specialists which are available at Rutgers Biomedical and Health Sciences - Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, Obstetrics and Gynecology,
Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Dentistry, General and Subspecialty Surgery
and Trauma.
The overall administrative direction for the Division resides in the Director of Adolescent and Young Adult Medicine, the Medical Director of Adolescent and Young Adult Medicine, and the Division's Program Manager.
