Meet our Rhinology and Skull Base Team at Rutgers NJ Medical School
Dr. Jean Anderson Eloy, MD. He is a Rhinologist/Skull Base Surgeon who completed his fellowship in rhinology and skull base surgery at the Univeristy of Miami in Florida. His clinical interests are treating patients with skull base tumors that extend into the cranial vault. He works in close collaboration with Dr. Liu in the department of Neurosurgery for these complex cases. He also has tremendous experience treating sinusitis and allergic rhinitis both medically and surgically.
Dr. James K. Liu, MD. He is a Neurosurgeon and is in the Department of Neurosurgery at Rutgers. Dr. Liu is renowned for his treatment of complex brain tumors and skull base lesions, including pituitary tumors, acoustic neuromas, meningiomas, and chordomas. As a fellowship trained skull base and cerebrovascular neurosurgeon, Dr. Liu performs the most innovative surgical techniques, including in minimally invasive endonasal endoscopic surgery, image-guided keyhole microsurgery, and laser-assisted tumor surgery to achieve the best results for his patients. He works very closely with Dr. Eloy on skull base cases on a regular basis.
Dr. Robert Jyung, MD. He is the Director of Otology/Neurotology at Rutgers New Jersey Medical School and is certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology. He has extensive experience in all aspects of temporal bone surgery and operates in the skull base with Neurosurgeon's to remove large glomus tumors and acoustic neuromas.
