Welcome to the Center for Advanced Proteomics Research (CAPR) at the New Jersey Medical School (NJMS) of the Rutgers Biomedical and Health Sciences. CAPR is located in the Cancer Center Building, F1105. This facility is equipped with state-of-the-art proteomics instruments and bioinformatics systems for protein structure and function analysis.
With a P30 grant from the National Institute of Neurological Disorders and Stroke (NINDS), the CAPR is able to operate the Rutgers Mass Spectrometry Center for Integrative Neuroscience Research within CAPR. NINDS-funded investigators of Rutgers University can receive proteomics services from this Core at reduced costs. The NINDS-funded junior faculty members are especially encouraged to use the Core.
