Services

  1. Please refer to our suggested protocols when preparing your sample. If you have questions, please feel free to contact us. We will help you optimize your sample preparation protocols.
  2. To request service, you may either use the iLab portal or our PDF Service Order Form. For iLab, please register an account at iLab (https://rutgers.ilab.agilent.com/service_center/show_external/5623) and select the service and payment options.  For the PDF Service Order Form, please download, complete and sign the Form.
  3. Send your samples to CAPR either with a completed service request email on iLab, or with a completed order form. Please follow the proper shipping instructions to prevent potential damages to your samples.
  4. Please email us your package tracking number immediately so that we know that your samples have been shipped. We will notify you by email as soon as we receive your samples.
