Mini Medical School Fall 2021
Due to the current COVID19 and CDC requirements, we continue to run a Virtual/Remote Learning program.
All registration must be completed through this online form; there will be no in person or by-mail registration.
Online registration should be made no later than Sunday, September 19, 2021. First come, first served.

All checks and money orders must have the student's name written in the memo line.
Payment is due by the first night of class, Wednesday, October 6, 2021. No cash, credit or debit cards will be accepted for payment. More information will follow once you are accepted into the program.
