Center For Advanced Proteomics Research

Neuroproteomics Core Facility

The overall purpose of the Neuroproteomics Core Facility (NPC) is to provide expert assistance for proteomics instrumentation and guaranteed instrument usage priority to NINDS-funded projects. The specific objectives of the NPC are to provide NINDS investigators with:

  1. Advanced proteomic technologies for neuroscience discovery and improvement in research productivity

  2. Consultation in proteomic experimental design and expert advice in data analysis and interpretation

  3. A hub to develop newer proteomics technologies customized to the needs of neuroscience projects

  4. A forum to enhance basic and clinical research collaborations , information exchange and the expansion of the neuroscience research base

Please contact Dr. Hong Li , the director of NPC for project consultation.

Papers published with NPC support can be downloaded.

Please email Dr. Hong Li your ftp site for file uploading if you want to access any raw images and mass spectral information associated with our publications.
