Please note

• The TOEFL or IELTS or Duolingo is required of all international students who have earned degrees overseas. For TOEFL a minimum score of 80 being expected. You may be exempt from submitting the TOEFL if you have attended a school in the United States.

• Visa forms cannot be sent until you have been accepted by the Graduate School and we receive evidence that the degree has been awarded. So, if you will receive your Baccalaureate degree later than June, please do not apply for the fall semester. Similarly, if you will receive your Baccalaureate degree later than October, please do not apply for the spring semester. We cannot preview your credentials or indicate the likelihood of acceptance prior to completion of your application.

• International students who have completed a three-year undergraduate or bachelor's-equivalent degree in their home country can apply. All applications must include a credential evaluation report from an organization listed below.

• The application has been waived. Please note that because the fee is waived, applicants will not be led to the payment section of the app.

Please visit the application requirements page for detailed information on application materials and how to apply.

International applicants applying to the Masters or Certificate programs, or as a non-matriculated student, who have earned a degree overseas, must also provide a translated transcript using one of the following approved credentialing services.  International applicants applying to the Multidisciplinary Ph.D. program are required to submit a credential evaluation. International applicants applying to the PhD program

Although the Graduate Record Examination (GRE) is not required for admission to the Multidisciplinary PhD Program, it can be helpful in evaluating the academic credentials of students who have completed all of their prior education outside of the USA. In addition, we look for evidence of interest and experience in basic research. Before you apply please read the application requirements and application instructions.
