Critical Readings The Genomic Landscape of the Immune System  TIII 5055Q 

The course is designed for Ph.D. students. This course will discuss papers related to gene regulation in immune cells with a focus on how transcriptional regulators and chromatin architecture dictate cell fate and function. We will also discuss experimental technologies related to interrogation of genomic regulation, including bulk and single cell RNA-seq, ChIP-seq, ATAC- seq, and Hi-C. Click here for Spring 2023 syllabus.
