Services We Provide

• General Health Visits: Patients can come in for their first check up, a routine follow up, or a sick visit. We offer free full physicals, basic lab work (CMP, Lipid panel, A1C), STD testing, EKGs, pulmonary function testing, medication prescriptions, and referrals to specialists within University Hospital if needed. We can help you manage chronic disease through extensive health education and free medical equipment as needed.
• Medication Management: We are now offering patients a chance to review medications with pharmacy and medical students in order to better understand what their needs are and obtain counseling on medications they are currently taking or for medications that can be prescribed.
• Case Management: Patients will be paired with case managers during their first visit in order to link care at SFHCC with other medical specialists and obtain NJ Family Care Insurance or other health services.
• Women's Nights: On certain nights, our clinic is staffed by a Obstetrician/Gynecologist and can provide a comprehensive exam for women. Please call for more information and to schedule a visit on the next night.
