Mini Med Application

MiniMed Fall 2026 Application Information

All applications must be completed through the online form; there will be no in person or by-mail applications. The form will close at 11:59pm EST on September 18th, 2026. Late submissions will not be accepted. A guidance counselor or science teacher email address is required. Program acceptance will be sent out the week of September 28th, with orientation on October 7th.

Program Details

For the Fall 2026 school year, MiniMed will adopt a hybrid learning model.
Please make sure you can attend all Mini Medical School sessions, including both in-person and virtual sessions, before submitting your application. Attendance at every session is required in order to graduate from MiniMed.

Cost: $75 per person

Payment is due upon confirmation of acceptance into the program. Payments are to be made by check or money order only. All checks and money orders must have the student's name written in the memo line. No cash, credit or debit cards will be accepted for payment. More information will follow once you are accepted into the program.
