The Office of Primary Care and Community Engagement (OPCCE) provides research, education and community service-learning opportunities for students, faculty, organizations and community members to create mutually beneficial collaborations that enrich academic excellence and are grounded in mutual respect.  Our vision seeks to create and disseminate best practices in community engagement while improving the quality of life for the residents of Newark and the greater Newark Area, through research service and education.
