The Division of Medical
Student Education of the Department of Family Medicine is responsible
for the following educational courses:
Ambulatory Primary Care Clerkship
...designed to focus on the early diagnosis and treatment of clinical problems
common to the private practice of a family physician.
Acting Internship in Family Medicine
...presents fourth year medical students with the medical disciplines to
provide comprehensive care to in-hospital patients on a family medicine service.
Additional electives
are offered, including:
- Ambulatory Primary Care
- Research in Family Medicine with emphasis on quality assurance and quality improvement projects
- Scholar's Program in Family Medicine
