Sample Submission

A. General sample submission procedures:

1. Please refer to our suggested protocols when you prepare your sample. If you have any concerns or questions, please feel free to contact us. We will help you optimize your sample preparation protocols.
2. Download and complete the service order form.
3. Send your samples to CAPR along with your completed order form. Please follow the proper shipping instructions to prevent potential damages to your samples.
4. Please contact CAPR ahead of time so that we know that your samples have been shipped to us. We will notify you by email as soon as we receive your samples.

B. Protein identification from gel slices

1. Gel prep protocol: please consult in-gel digestion sample requirments.
2. Consult sample shipping instructions for fedex shipment.

C. iTRAQ and TMT

iTRAQ and TMT samples require special treatment, please contact Dr. Tong Liu (973-972-5340 or linto@njms.rutgers.edu) for experimental design and sample processing details prior to your experiment.
