The problem with sarcoid is…

Being an uncommon illness, it is difficult to find a doctor familiar with sarcoidosis and its many manifestations. If you are lucky enough to find a pulmonary doctor familiar with the most common manifestation of sarcoid, lung disease, you may still need help if your sarcoid is not restricted to the lung. Even your pulmonary specialist may not know who to talk to.

At New Jersey Medical School, not only do we care for many hundreds of patients with this illness every year, we have assembled a team of physicians who both have particular experience in and are interested in caring for patients who have sarcoidosis. We invite you to contact the members of this team if you need a doctor or a second opinion.
