Please note

The TOEFL is required of all international students who have earned degrees overseases, with a minimum score of 80 being expected. You may be exempt from submitting the TOEFL if you have attended a school in the United States.
If you will receive your Baccalaureate degree later than June, do not apply for the fall semester. Similarly, if you will receive your Baccalaureate degree later than October, do not apply for the spring semester. Visa forms cannot be sent until you have been accepted by the Graduate School and we receive evidence that the degree has been awarded.
We cannot preview your credentials or indicate the likelihood of acceptance prior to completion of your application.
The application fee is not refundable.

	International applicants applying to the Masters or Certificate programs, or as a non-matriculated student, who have earned a degree overseas, must also provide a translated transcript using one of the following approved credentialing services:

International applicants applying to the PhD program

Although the Graduate Record Examination (GRE) is not required for admission to the Multidisciplinary PhD Program, it can be helpful in evaluating the academic credentials of students who have completed all of their prior education outside of the USA. In addition, we look for evidence of interest and experience in basic research. Before you apply please read the application requirements and application instructions.
