Program Application Requirements

• Graduate of an LCME or AOA accredited institution, or foreign institution approved by WHO


• Valid ECFMG Certification if applicable


• Eligible for New Jersey Board of Medical Examiners Registration


• Passed USMLE Parts 1,2 and 3 or COMLEX Parts 1 and 2


• Hold US Citizenship, permanent resident, or J1 ECFMG sponsored Visa


• Criminal background check clearance


• 3 years approved Internal Medicine Residency


• Application approved by Nephrology Program Admissions Committee who enumerates the slate of applicants for NRMP processing on the basis of their preparedness, aptitude, academic credentials, personal characteristics and ability to communicate.
