Dr. Saad B. Chaudhary received his medical degree from Tufts University School of Medicine. He subsequently completed his training as an Orthopaedic Surgeon at UMDNJ - NJMS, where he also served as an administrative chief resident. Dr. Chaudhary pursued his sub-specialty education in Spinal Surgery. He joined the Department of Neurosurgery and the Department of Orthopaedic surgery at the Cleveland Clinic Center for Spine Health to culminate his skills as a Spine Surgeon.

Dr. Chaudhary’s clinical interests include the evaluation and management (surgical and non-srugical) of cervical, thoracic, and lumbar spine disorders. Combining the unique expertise of both Orthopaedic Spine and Neurosurgical Spine surgery, Dr. Chaudhary offers comprehensive spine care. He has dedicated interest in minimally invasive spine surgery (MIS), scar-tissue reduction, and motion preservation surgery including artificial disc replacement.

He also specializes in the surgical treatment for complex spinal deformity and scoliosis, spinal tumors, spinal fractures and failed spine surgeries.

Dr. Chaudhary has authored numerous articles and contributed several chapters to various spine textbooks in both Orthopaedic and Neurosurgical specialties.

Research Interests: Clinical outcomes after minimally invasive spine surgery, spinal biomechanincs after traditional and motion preservation surgeries.

Practice Philosophy: Provide unique and personalized care to each individual patient. Relieve the patient’s discomfort using “surgery as a last option.”
