Office of Graduate Medical Education
Post Graduate Programs
Welcome to the Office of Graduate Medical Education
(GME), the central administrative office for Rutgers New Jersey Medical
School (NJMS) and School of Dental Medicine residency and fellowship
programs.
Working in coordination with a network of
affiliated hospitals, NJMS and NJDS provide the educational and
clinical resources for an extensive residency training system. These
programs provide the clinical education of medical and dental students,
as well as clinical research opportunities and comprehensive primary
and specialty care experiences.
In total, NJMS sponsor
48 residency and fellowship programs. All programs provide clinical
experiences at NJMS affiliated hospitals and ambulatory care centers.
