Tuition Installment Payment Plan (available to matriculated students only)

The Rutgers University Tuition Payment Plan (RUTPP) allows you to pay your term bill in monthly payments.
We have partnered with Nelnet Campus Commerce to allow you to pay your tuition and fees over time in an interest-free plan that automatically deducts the amount from your bank account via e-check payment, credit card or debit card. All card payments incur a 2.7 percent service fee. There is a $50 fee to enroll in RUTPP semester plans, assessed per semester, and a $60 fee to enroll in annual plans. This fee is nonrefundable and due at the time of enrollment.

To sign up for a payment plan, visit paymybill.rutgers.edu and log into your online term bill (OTB). View the step-by-step sign up guide, how-to video, and plan adjustment guide.
