Newark

Diverse city in northern New Jersey, home to Newark Penn Station serving as a major transportation hub, and the location of Newark Liberty International Airport, allowing for access to transportation both locally and globally. The city is close to numerous parks, the riverfront, and houses museums and performing arts centers, including home to the Prudential Center. Close by there is access to NYC via Penn Station, Jersey City and Hoboken, and the Jersey Shore all within a short driving distance. The Amtrak also offers convenient access to Philadelphia.

Livingston

A suburb located 10 miles west of Newark. Within and close-by there are multiple parks, trails for hiking, and other attractions including community events with a more family friendly orientation. Other surrounding suburbs include Montclair, Bloomfield, Nutley, West and South Orange and Millburn.

Parking and Transportation

Convenient parking and transportation options are available to residents, including garage and surface-lot parking, site dependent, and shuttle service to Newark Penn Station from University Hospital. Our CBMC and NBI parking lots are free for residents, and our UH site has paid NJMS employee parking discounted from payroll.
