Interventional Radiology
The Division of Vascular and Interventional Radiology is North Jersey’s largest clinical and teaching practice. Our group treats a vast array of diseases, performing procedures that span interventional oncology (Y90 radioembolization, percutaneous ablation), women’s health (uterine fibroid embolization), men's health (prostate artery embolization), hemorrhoid embolization, musculoskeletal embolization, hepatobiliary interventions, peripheral arterial disease, and venous thromboembolic disease. As a tertiary center working closely with liver transplant, the section receives referrals for complex oncological and portal hypertension cases from across the state. The division has an active research footprint, serving as a site for numerous national and international device clinical trials. Our dynamic and expanding practice of 6 faculty is joined by two physician associates. With a free-standing clinic and state of the art angiography equipment, the practice serves a diverse patient population.
