Multidisciplinary PhD Program in
Biomedical Sciences

Cell Biology, Neuroscience and Physiology (CBNP) Track

This program offers a flexible multidisciplinary curriculum and research opportunities to give students the ability to explore intersections across the disciplines of neuroscience, physiology, biophysics, cardiovascular biology, molecular pharmacology and stem cell biology. During 3 semesters of integrated coursework, students will take 3 laboratory research rotations and select mentors for focused thesis research. Students who earn Ph.D. degrees in the CBNP track will be positioned to continue their careers performing the interdisciplinary and translational systems biology research that will epitomize the future of biomedical research.
