Curriculum/Rotation Schedule

Year 1

The first year of fellowship is divided into two sections. The first half of the year is made up of clinical maternal-fetal medicine rotations (outpatient high-risk obstetrics clinic and ultrasound). The second half of the year is dedicated to research.

Year 2

The second year rotations include Labor and Delivery, clinical Maternal-Fetal Medicine at Cooperman Barnabas Medical Center, genetics and research.

Year 3

Third year rotations include Cooperman Barnabas Medical Center, Clinical MFM, Anesthesia, Critical Care, prenatal diagnosis/ultrasound, research and additional elective time.

Didactic sessions include weekly division meeting with interdisciplinary case conference presentations, Grand Rounds and Department Statistics Quality Assurance Meetings.
