Jessica Greenberg, MD

  • Hometown: Montclair, NJ

  • Undergraduate College/University: Columbia University - New York

  • Medical School: Yale School of Medicine

  • Residency School: Stamford Hospital/Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons Program, NY

  • Interests within Medical Field: Still figuring this one out! The prevention of preterm birth, labor induction, decreasing the cesarean rate, quality improvement.
  • Outside Interests: Carrying-on with my 5-year-old and 6-month-old. Arts and crafts. Wilderness walks with the family. In an alternate universe with more time: creative writing and traveling abroad.

  • Why did you choose this program? I was particularly impressed with the program's extraordinarily low NSTV cesarean rate and strong commitment to evidence-based medicine. Working with an underserved population. Clinical and lab research opportunities. Close to family.

Lama Noureddine, MD

  • Hometown: Beirut, Lebanon

  • Undergraduate College/University: Rutgers University, Newark, NJ

  • Medical School: Rutgers New Jersey Medical School, Newark, NJ

  • Residency School: Stony Brook University Hospital, Stony Brook, NY

  • Interests within Medical Field: So many! Fetal Growth Restriction, Preeclampsia, Preterm Deliveries, Fetal Interventions.

  • Why did you choose this program? This was my home medical education institution, and I was very excited to learn that I am coming back to complete my Maternal-Fetal Medicine training at NJMS. I am drawn to the breadth of exposure that fellows have, the availability of mentorship both clinically and in research, and finally the support from the department and the division. The close proximity to my family also makes NJ the perfect place to be!
